“We ate dinner here twice while in Escalante, and enjoyed our meals- including the salsa and chips- on the house, and with a distinctive smoky taste. The first night, I had the vegetarian stir-fry and my husband had meatballs. Stirfry was average, but meatballs were very good. Second time, I had pasta with smoky tomato sauce- tasty, and my husband had a hamburger- made from local beef and very good. The staff is very friendly and welcoming- make you feel at home.”

Menu
Our menu is based on American cusine with an influence of Southwestern seasoning on selected items.
We buy our meat from Todd Phillips, a local rancher, whose cows are range fed.
We smoke on premise our ribs, brisket and chicken with just the right combination of smoke flavors.
